Maker AI is a multimodal AI platform similar to ChatGPT and Claude, designed to handle a wide range of tasks across creative and professional workflows. It can process and generate text, images, audio, and video. The platform supports features like web browsing, code generation, website creation, presentation (PPT) generation, and more. Essentially, it acts as a general-purpose AI assistant capable of performing tasks typically handled by software engineers and creative professionals.

The Challenge
The primary challenge was orchestration. With around 50 tools integrated into the system, ensuring the AI agent selects the right tool at the right time was critical. Designing a reliable agent framework that avoids mid-task failures and clearly communicates progress to users was complex. Significant effort went into prompt engineering, tool structuring, and agent behavior tuning to achieve consistent and accurate outcomes.
